I had given him my goals on a house, knowing very little about the Denver market, and he took most of a weekend to just show me around all the neighborhoods that I had expressed interest to give me a really good idea what I could get for my target price range. I was juggling a lot during the transition of selling my house, living in temp residence and starting a new job, and I was required to use a less than stellar relocation lender and title company, and he did a great job of helping me continue to drive the process, down to the wire. We found a great home that hit90% of my wish list items, within my price range and in less time than most people are able to close in this competitive Denver market.
